Every tool that processes an uploaded PDF, document or image — merging, splitting, rotating, organizing, compressing, watermarking, password protection, signing, annotating, form filling, PDF text editing, OCR, and all conversions between PDF and Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, CSV, text and images — requires server-side processing: your file is sent securely over HTTPS, processed, and then automatically deleted. Payment Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. We receive only the limited details needed to manage your subscription — such as your selected plan, billing status, and a reference token. We never receive or store your full payment-card number; that information is provided directly to and handled by Paddle in accordance with their privacy policy and industry payment-card security standards.

How We Protect Your Privacy

What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account, we remove your account profile and access credentials, and any active subscription is cancelled. This retained information is restricted to what is reasonably necessary for these purposes and is retained only for as long as required, after which it is deleted or anonymized. If you later create a new account with the same email address, we may link it to your previous usage history so that free allowances and promotional benefits continue rather than reset.

Your images are temporarily stored on our servers during processing and are automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not have permanent access to your images, we do not store them for any other purpose, and we never sell them or your personal data to anyone.
