条款的接受

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PDF Editor HQ ("PDF Editor HQ," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, image, PDF, and document tools, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

服务说明

PDF Editor HQ provides a suite of online PDF tools for editing, merging, splitting, compressing, signing, protecting and converting PDF documents, along with automated features such as OCR (text extraction) and document conversion. Your files are processed securely on our servers and deleted automatically after processing. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

资格

你必须年满 16 周岁，或达到你所在司法管辖区的法定成年年龄，方可使用本服务。使用本服务即表示你声明你符合此要求，并具备订立本条款的法律行为能力。如果你代表某一组织使用本服务，即表示你声明你已获授权，可使该组织受本条款约束。

你的内容与文件

你对上传至本服务或借助本服务创建的文件和内容（“你的内容”）保留全部所有权。你授予我们一项有限许可，仅为向你提供本服务而处理你的内容——例如转换、编辑或分析你提交的文件。在我们服务器上处理的文件会在处理完成后自动删除，我们不会与第三方分享你的内容，也不会用其训练 AI 模型。你须对你的内容独自负责，并声明你拥有上传和处理这些内容所需的全部权利。

AI 驱动功能

Some features use automated and AI-based processing (such as OCR text extraction and document conversion). These features are provided on a best-effort basis and may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing automated output before relying on it, and you must not use these features to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

知识产权

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by PDF Editor HQ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Editor HQ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

赔偿

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDF Editor HQ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

终止

您可以随时停止使用本服务，并可在账户设置中或通过联系我们来删除您的账户。如果您删除账户，任何有效订阅将同时被取消，付费访问权限立即终止。如果您违反本条款，或我们有合理理由认为您的使用会对本服务或其他用户构成风险，我们可以在通知或不通知的情况下暂停或终止您对本服务的访问权限。终止后，您使用本服务的权利立即结束；但根据其性质本应继续有效的条款——例如所有权、免责声明、责任限制及赔偿——将继续有效。

本条款的变更

我们可能会不时更新本条款。当我们进行重大修改时，会更新上方的“最后更新”日期，并在适当情况下提供额外通知。在修改生效后你继续使用本服务，即视为接受修订后的条款。

适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDF Editor HQ operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
