PDF tools built for legal work
Contracts, exhibits, discovery bundles and signature pages — legal work runs on PDFs. PDF Editor HQ handles the assembly, markup and protection steps in the browser, with files encrypted in transit and deleted automatically after processing.
Sound familiar?
- Exhibits arrive as dozens of separate PDFs that must become one ordered bundle
- A clause needs correcting but the source document is long gone
- Signature pages travel by print-sign-scan and lose a day each round trip
- Files with client data cannot sit on random servers indefinitely
The workflows, mapped to tools
Assemble and organize case bundles
Combine filings, exhibits and correspondence into a single, ordered PDF — then reorder, rotate or drop pages visually before filing.
Edit and mark up agreements
Fix a clause directly in the PDF text, white-out lines that must not travel, and add notes or highlights for opposing counsel.
Common questions
Can I remove or replace text inside a signed contract PDF?
The PDF Editor edits the real text layer of any unsecured PDF — click a line, retype it, or white-out content. Note that editing a digitally signed PDF invalidates its cryptographic signature, as with any PDF editor.
How long do uploaded case files stay on your servers?
Files are processed over an encrypted HTTPS connection and deleted automatically right after processing. Nothing is stored, shared or used for training.
Can I password-protect a PDF before sending it to a client?
Yes — the PDF Password tool locks a file with AES-128 encryption. Anyone opening it needs the password you set; you can also remove a password from a PDF you can already open.
