The workflows, mapped to tools
Produce clean, final documents
Convert Word to PDF and Excel to PDF so documents render identically everywhere, with fonts and layout preserved by a real conversion engine.
Assemble onboarding packs
Merge the offer, handbook excerpts and policy sheets into one welcome PDF, and stamp DRAFT or INTERNAL where a version must not circulate.
Collect signatures and forms
Send fillable PDF forms candidates complete in the browser, capture drawn or typed signatures to sign the PDF, and password-protect the final records.
Common questions
Can candidates sign an offer letter without installing anything?
Yes — Sign PDF runs entirely in the browser on any device. The candidate draws, types or uploads a signature, places it on the page and downloads the signed file.
Can I make our existing PDF forms fillable online?
Fill PDF Forms detects AcroForm fields (text, checkboxes, dropdowns, radio buttons) in a PDF and lets anyone complete and flatten them in the browser. PDFs without form fields can be completed with the PDF Editor instead.
What happens to uploaded resumes and IDs?
Every file is processed over an encrypted connection and automatically deleted from our servers after processing — nothing is retained.
